Twilight Market

The Twilight Market is fast approaching and happening on the 27th November. We hope you have been inviting all your relatives and friends. Teachers have put out a call to families to assist and we know some, but not all, have had responses. IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE CAN YOU PLEASE LET YOUR LC TEACHER KNOW. There are rosters in the foyer at school for you to place your name on. They will also be outside LCs.

Multi-Age Classrooms

The organisational structure of classes in 2009 is built around multi-age groupings where teachers plan in working teams. This setting is a practice of grouping students of different ages and stages of learning in the same classroom, for the purpose of working together.

  • Term 1: 1 February (students start) to 26 March - teachers begin Term 1 on 27 January
  • Term 2: 12 April to 25 June (26 April - ANZAC Day Public Holiday and 11 June will be a student free day)
  • Term 3: 12 July to 17 September
  • Term 4 : 4 October to 17 December
