Biography webquest:- You are going to find out information about Marc Brown, the creator of the Arthur books! Marc Brown is an author and illustrator who has made a difference in the lives of many children and adults. It is important for us to know about Marc Brown, the person, not just his characters.
Australian Authors-what do you know? WebQuest:- Grade level 4 - 6 As a group you're going to explore the topic of Australian Authors-what do you know? Each member of your team will become an expert on one Australian author of your choice. Then you'll have to come back together to put your efforts together to complete the next step, which is a set of 10 'Who am I?' questions for the local radio station. Author Adventure WebQuest:- Grade level 3 Authors become famous for their talented writing and their vivid imaginations. How does the author come up with the ideas for stories? What other books has the author written?
Author study webquest:- Grade level 5 There are so many excellent childrens' authors who have written hundreds of wonderful novels! Your task is to choose one author, research information about that author from books and the Internet, and prepare a project to communicate the knowledge you have gained!p
